Coperall P
Insulated metallic roofing and cladding panels

It is a comprehensive system that includes composite metallic roofing panels. Available straight, cranked and curved, with either single or multiple radius, Coperall P panels consist of a profiled metal weather sheet combined with an insulation board and various internal liners, subject to product type. This system is among the best solutions available on the roofing market for its high standard of comfort (protection, insulation and noise abatement) and fire protection along with a very high degree of product customization. Coperall systems are designed for roofing and cladding applications in the industrial, commercial, agricultural and livestock breeding sectors.

Advantages
Insulation

The TEGOSTIL PANEL insulation layer consists of expanded polystyrene (EPS), either white or graphite-additivated. EPS is a a rigid lightweight material that offers excellent thermal resistance. The venting effect of the COPERALL P range only adds to its thermal insulation performance. Permeable to water vapor but watertight, it is a healthy and unassailable by mold.
The insulation layer ensures lower energy consumption, with significant savings on energy bills, and furthers environmental sustainability.

Sound-proofing and noise abatment

Metalbit® technology combined with COPERALL P roofing sheets have generated the SOUND product range, combining the resilience and durability of profiled metal sheets with the noise abatement properties of bituminous membranes. COPERALL P SOUND is a benchmark in terms of acoustic comfort among roofing metal sheets/panels and remains one of most performing roofing systems in general.
Tests on COPERALL P SOUND products have recorded excellent performance levels, with a noise abatement value Rw of 28 dB and an anti-drum performance Lɪᴀ of 51 dB(A) under heavy rain.

Ease of installation

Available in modular sizes as well as in customized lengths for greater ease of installation.
COPERALL P roofing sheets allow for quick and intuitive installation and reduced margins for error with consistent savings compared to traditional roofing systems.

Customisation

The COPERALL P product range is available in a wide range of customised variations such as curved, cranked or cusped elements, or produced on customer's drawings to comply with most design requirements, including the supply of metal supports or special colors on demand, overlappings, specialist fabrications. COPERALL P roofing panels are suitable for use on a variety of roofing constructions: straight, pitched, cranked or cusped, homogeneous and heterogenous surfaces. Copernit Technical Department is available for expert advice and recommendations on specific design solutions.

Versatility of use

COPERZERO and COPERSHED panels are suitable installation on roofs with a minimum gradient of 7% and up to vertical and are among the best solutions for roofs with limited gradient.
COPERALL P roofing systems can be installed on structures of different type including wooden decks, brick and mason works, concrete structures, or directly over wooden or metal purlins and rafters.

COPERALL P roofing systems include a vast assortment of accessories and specialist fabrication parts that make this product range a complete and integrated roofing system.

Dry fitting

All COPERALL P roofing systems are designed to be dry-fitted, and require no use of concrete, grouts or adhesives. As a result, the construction site will remain cleaner and the building premises will become accessible upon completion of the roofing works with considerable savings on hire of plant and equipment.

Lightweight

COPERALL P roofing systems are lightweight, up to 5-6 times less than a traditional clay tile roofing and up to 20% less than a -polymer-bitumen membrane roofing.

COPERALL P roofing systems are recommended for use in roof refurbishments in general, and in particular for constructions where the supporting structures offer limited load-bearing capacity.

Minimum maintenance required

The surface finish of all COPERALL P roofing elements is smooth and far less porous than traditional clay tiles, offering reduced adhesion to airborne particles with minimal accumulation of dirt on the roof surface and resulting reduced maintenance. COPERALL P roofing elements and systems offer also an excellent resistance to weathering agents. When correctly installed, they remain very stable to wind uplift and are resilient to frost and hail. Contrary to traditional clay tiled roofs where damage caused by foot traffic, and consequent expensive repairs, represent a permanent risk factor, COPERALL P systems offer an easily accessible surface and that is unaffected by normal foot traffic.

Very flexible production

Copernit has a very flexible production organization and it can process with ease large scale orders but can also adapt to small production batches for private works.

Fire protection

The COPERALL P FIRE roofing panels incorporate a mineral fibre insulation board that provides an excellent fire resistance, among the best performing on the market, and are an ideal choice for buildings compliant with specific design prescriptions or fire protection standards.

Reduction of seismic risks

The COPERALL P range is ideal for use in areas subject to seismic risks and because of its lightweight structure and unique installation system, it allows to limit static loads on pillars and foundations.

Environmental sustainability

COPERALL P roofing products are made of natural, recoverable and recyclable materials, such as steel, aluminium or copper sheeting. The expanded polystyrene (EPS) insulation of COPERALL P roofing systems consists 98% of air, it is non-toxic and totally inert. It does not contain chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) or hydro chlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs).
The high thermal insulating properties allow for substantial energy savings and are consistent with policies of environmental sustainability.

Accomplishments
Coperflex RV

Available with profile 40, Coperflex RV curved roofing systems combine a weather liner of profiled metal sheet, several types of matching insulation boards and alternative types of internal liners. Coperflex roofing systems can be supplied with single- or multi-radius curving, with a minimum R=3,30m , which allows for considerable customisation and roof construction opportunities, including but not limited to roof retrofitting.

Bilastra

Panels with both weather and interal liners of metal sheeting.

Mono

The panel has a single external weather liner of profiled metal sheet; no internal liner on the lower face.

Farm

The panel has a weather liner of profiled metal sheet whereas the internal liner sheet consists of fibreglass. It is resistant to organic acidic substances and to saline mists that are typical of the farming industry.

Coperzero

Available with profile 40, Coperflex RV straight roofing systems combine a weather liner of profiled metal sheet, several types of matching insulation boards and alternative types of internal liners. Coperzero roofing systems are suitable for use on a variety of roof constructions, including but not limited to roof retrofitting
