Profiled metal sheets

Coperall LG profiled metal sheets are lined on the lower face with a non woven polyester mat for a highly effective anti-dripping function. They are designed for use on roofs with a minimum gradient of 7% and are most suitable for applications where condensation control is of prime importance.
Available with profiles 21, 29, 40 and 40R.

Coperall LG roofing sheets are recommended for use in industrial or agricultural constructions including breeding farms.

Dry fitting

The COPERALL LG systems are all dry fitted, and require no use of concrete or adhesives. No curing time is required. Installation works are quick, intuitive and accurate. As a result, the construction site will remain cleaner and the building will become accessible upon completion of the roofing works, with considerable savings on hire of plant and equipment.

Lightweight

COPERALL LG roofing systems are lightweight up to 10 times less than a traditional clay tile roofing and up to 30% less than a polymer-bitumen membrane roofing. COPERALL LG roofing systems are widely used for roof refurbishments in general and are most suited where supporting structures offer limited load-bearing capacity.

COPERALL-TNT metal sheets are designed for use on roofs with a minimum gradient of 7% . On the lower face they are lined with a non woven polyester mat and provide an effective anti-dripping function for applications where condensation control is required.

The COPERALL LG range is ideal for use in areas subject to seismic risks and because of its lightweight structure and unique installation system, it allows to limit static loads on pillars and foundations.

Reaction to fire

COPERALL metal sheets have an A1 (non flammable) fire rating. They are suitable for use on private or public buildings, where fire rated materials are required.
